Semi-Permanent Cosmetics (PMU) & Microblading

At Blue Rose Beauty and Brow Artistry, we use the highest quality pigments and tools available in the industry to provide our clients with the most desired results. We offer permanent makeup lip services, permanent makeup created with a handheld device, as well as a manual method for Velour lips. We also offer a lash enhancement service placing subtle color between the eyelashes to create a soft enhancement to the eye. For a more dramatic look, we recommend our clients book for an eyeliner treatment. All treatments can be performed using a PMU device or by manually inserting pigment. 

All permanent makeup clients must be seen for a consultation prior to treatment. Consultations can determine if you are a candidate for the procedure and also give you a very good idea of what to expect during treatment.

All consultations are $50.00.
