Cancellation Policy
Please read through the following policy changes thoroughly. We have put much consideration into these updates. Our artists’ time, as well as yours, is very valuable. This year has been all around exceedingly difficult for everyone.
We completely understand things in life happen; however when we have last minute cancellations or reschedules, it is challenging to fill that appointment with such short notice. It ends up being a loss for our business and team that work so hard to keep you all looking and feeling your best.
When booking an appointment with us, card details will be requested through our secure Mindbody App. We do NOT have access to these details once they have been added to your account; however if you cancel or reschedule the day before your appointment, a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
If you cancel or no-show the DAY OF your appointment, we will charge the FULL amount of the booked service. All fees attached to your account must be paid for before booking future appointments.
PMU Initial Sessions require a $100 deposit before booking. This deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must place a new deposit before rescheduling. Annual Color Boost Appointments will require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.
Please give as much notice as possible in the event you have to cancel/reschedule. We cannot wait to see you all for your appointments.
